Hello From the Kitchen!
February — it may be the shortest month in the calendar but it is full of history, celebrations, and romance. Exclusive Chefs’ specialty is creating one of a kind experiences and this month presents a perfect opportunity to remember those who are special in our hearts and make life worth living.
Now that we are on the other side of 2020, we have the time to reflect on the ones who have impacted our lives, the ones who made it better when we were at our lowest. My wife and I have been together 20+ years. The hardships we face together remind me why I married such a wonderful woman. I am sure you have such a person(s). Wedding vow renewals reminds us and inspires others that long-lasting love and friendship are very much alive. Imagine friends and family gathered to share in your unity and celebrate a life long shared. During times of conflict and uncertainty we get closer and hold tighter that special someone whom you have depended on: the one who has cried with you when everything was upside down, the one who has laughed hysterically with you over a silly YouTube video. Indeed 2020 has been a challenging year but you have met these challenges as a team. These are the moments when you cannot see yourself without this person for the rest of your life. And what better way to celebrate your love for each other than with an intimate dinner. As Ian Woelfelt has said, food is symbolic of love when words are inadequate.
