How We Work
We make planning effortless with a chef-led, white-glove process:
1) Discovery
Share your date, guest count, location, dietary needs, and vision. We’ll confirm availability and guide you on service style (plated, stations, cocktail, or hybrid).
2) Menu Design
Our culinary team builds a custom menu that reflects your taste, theme, and seasonality. We’ll propose pairings and service flow for a seamless guest experience.
3) (Optional) Tasting
Taste a curated selection of menu items and finalize courses. Tasting fees may be credited toward your booking.
4) Proposal & Retainer
You’ll receive a detailed proposal covering food, staffing, rentals, and bar (if applicable). A retainer secures your date.
5) Logistics
We coordinate rentals, staffing levels, floor plan, timeline, vendor access, and venue compliance. Our luxury mobile kitchen is available for private estates and off-grid venues.
6) Event Day
Chef-led on-site execution, polished service, and precise timing—from first pour to last plate.
7) Wrap
We handle breakdown and cleanup, then deliver any post-event documentation as needed.
Typical Lead Times
- Weddings: 3–6 months preferred (rush options as calendar allows)
- Corporate & Conferences: 2–4 weeks
- Private Villas/Residences: 1–2 weeks
- Rush Requests: 72 hours+ if availability and logistics permit (rush fees may apply)
Minimums (Guidance)
Minimums vary by date, location, and scope. As a guideline:
- Weekdays (Mon–Thu): From 25–40 guests or a $3,500 food minimum
- Weekends (Fri–Sun): From 40–60 guests or a $5,000 food minimum
Final minimums are confirmed in your proposal.
Notes: Staffing, rentals, bar service, tax, service charge, and venue fees are additional. Dietary accommodations (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free) available by request.

Yes, we offer full event support including tables, linens, china, glassware, professional service staff, and bar packages. We can also coordinate with rental vendors if you need something specific.
To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. Our team will walk you through the booking process step by step.
Our minimums vary depending on the style of service and event type, but most of our events range from 20 to 200 guests. We’re happy to discuss your guest count and find the best option for you.
Yes. Many of our clients host in private residences and luxury vacation rentals. We’ll work with you or your property manager to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
