Job Opening:
Catering Sales Associates
Exclusive Chefs is looking for Catering Sales Associates. In your position you would work with our VP of Sales and Venues in developing existing business, identifying potential new catering customers, cold-calling customers, build relationships to provide repeat business and presenting our catering offerings to customers, and following up with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Must be self-motivated and self-driven and hungry to build a business
- Great phone skills, and comfortable cold-calling and actively prospecting customers on the phone and in-person
- Outgoing personality (“people’s person”) who likes actively engaging and approaching people
- Must be comfortable presenting to a variety of customers from administrative, senior executives in a variety of industries and settings
- Discussing contact requirements
- Meeting with clients
- Weekly staff meetings
- Develop and secure relationships with prospective clients.
- Manage and maintain relationships with repeated clients.
- Liaise with clients for feedback of services.
- Maintain a database of clients.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or above in business, event coordinating, culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-year experience in sales or hospitality will be essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research will be essential
- Ability to build rapport with prospective clients
