1. What is usually included in the service? A Personal Chef, a server, and bartender (if required) who will prepare and serve a multi-course meal which includes a salad/soup, entree and dessert. Additional courses can include passed hors d’oeuvres and flaming coffees which can be discussed with clients. We have options for plated or buffet-style meals, all of which will be custom-designed by both client and Chef to create a one-of-a-kind experience for you.

2. What cuisine/food do you specialize in?We cook Regional Cuisine, meaning that we can cook all types of ethnic foods. Italian, Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean, American, Greek, if you name it, we can do it.3. Where will you be preparing the menu? Wherever our venue is, we prepare all food on-site all the time to ensure superior freshness and taste for our guests.4. How much does a private dinner cost?Our meals are highly personalized for each guest so the price will vary depending on what the guest desires.5. Who will be cooking/preparing for the event?We have many skilled Chefs. I put the Chef best fit to do the work according to the region they prefer6. What other services do you offer?We offer daily/weekly meals (not meal prep), cooking classes, catering from 2-2000 guests, themed events complete with entertainment, venue, facilities, elite transportation such as limos, planes and party buses. We can also arrange for linens equipment and decorations.
